Bioluminescent Bay Kayak Trip from Vieques

Mosquito Bay on Vieques holds the Guinness World Record for the brightest bioluminescent bay, and this guided kayak trip paddles out onto it after dark to see the water light up with every stroke and every fish that swims past.
