This is a lower-cost route to the same bioluminescent bay experience near Las Croabas in Fajardo: a guided two-hour kayak paddle through mangrove channels into the lagoon after dark, where microorganisms in the water glow blue-green with movement. It runs at a lower price point than some of the other bio bay tours out of Fajardo, without changing the core experience, guides, kayaks, and the after-dark paddle into the glowing water. As with any bio bay tour, the brightness of the glow depends on the moon phase that night.
