Seven Seas is Fajardo's government-managed balneario, a small crescent bay shaded by almond and palm trees with calm, turquoise, easily swimmable water. It functions as a base for a lot of Fajardo's boat-based days: catamarans and snorkel tours to Icacos Cay, and bio bay kayak trips into nearby Laguna Grande, both often launch from or near here. It also has one of the few public campgrounds in this part of the island.

Morning, before boat traffic picks up; the balneario is open Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30am to 5pm.
